Egan-Jones Ratings Co. was granted Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO) registration status on December 21, 2007 by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires that all nationally statistical rating organizations (NRSRO) such as Egan-Jones Ratings Company to make available to the public a history of all the obligors/issuers that were rated by the NRSRO within 12 months of the rating action date for credit ratings paid for by the obligor or issuer and within 24 months of the rating action date for all other credit ratings. Below is a zip file containing all of the obligors and issuers that were rated by Egan-Jones in XBRL format.
SEC Rule 17g-5 requires the disclosure of information used to rate a 17g-5 SFI to non-hired NRSROs, potentially facilitating the ability to issue unsolicited ratings on such instruments. To address these requirements Egan-Jones maintains a website listing each 17g-5 SFI for which we are currently in the process of determining an initial Credit Rating and will keep current any relevant listings in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.Proceed to Disclosure Portal
